2squared agency, the leading footwear and apparel distributor based in Manchester, has launched a refreshed brand proposition and new website as well as announcing the opening of its first London showroom on East London’s iconic Brick Lane.
The new developments are an integral part of the JD Sports-owned agency’s aggressive expansion plans that includes major investment in marketing and digital infrastructure, lead by new head of marketing Andrew Wright. formally global marketing manager at Henri Lloyd.
Wright has recruited five new team members bringing the in-house team to a total of nine to cover marketing, e-comms and creative. Additionally, 2squared has appointed London based comms agency Brandnation to handle trade and consumer PR. Whilst Leeds based digital agency Rushh has been appointed to manage the new website, e-comms and SEO.
2squared agency was established in 2006 by two JD Sports senior managers, Neil Corrie and Martyn Harrison. Since launch, 2squared has grown into a business with a £10m+ turnover, in partnership with brands including Champion, Diadora, Android Homme, Creative Recreation and Marshall Artist, to name just a few. In 2017 the agency was purchased by JD Sports.
