The fully integrated Wi-Fi solution allows customers to place and pay for an order in multiple venues using just three keystrokes in less than seven seconds, with no pre-registration or downloading. Hotels, retailers, restaurants and bars can now significantly enhance their customers’ buying experience over traditional app-based ordering solutions, with the unique combination of Wi-Q’s application development experience and Airangel’s underlying Wi-Fi CRM technology. In addition, the collaborative solution provides venues with valuable user and device location data to enable them to increase and improve relevant and timely customer interaction, as part of a wider omni-channel marketing strategy.

Unlike other WiFi service providers, Airangel does not sell on end-user data to third parties for promotional purposes. By collaborating with applications such as those developed by Wi-Q, it promotes the venue’s own brand and logo to guests and customers and remains invisible to the end user. Any end-user data collected as a result of connecting to the venue’s WiFi is instantly, and exclusively, available to the business through the management platform, MyAirangel, to support highly targeted digital, mobile marketing and promotional campaigns.
