Bar-Be-Quick teams up with Hellmann’s for summer on-pack promotion

Instant barbecue pioneer Bar-Be-Quick has teamed up with Hellmann’s for a summer on-pack promotion of the brand’s much-loved sauces.

A special edition of Bar-Be-Quick’s party-sized Instant Barbecue (RRP £7) – which is twice the size of a standard disposable – will be available exclusively at Asda and will showcase some of Hellmann’s barbecue favourites, including Tomato Ketchup, Real Mayonnaise and Chunky Burger Sauce.

Although renowned for its Real and Light mayonnaises, Hellmann’s has branched out in recent years by launching barbecue and hot sauce products, including American Smoky BBQ, Jamaican Habanero and Moroccan Harissa, as well as salad dressings and creamy style dips.

Bar-Be-Quick, which is owned by parent company Rectella International, invented the instant barbecue in 1986 to offer consumers the utmost in convenience, while also supporting retailers that want to cater for the entire al fresco dining needs of shoppers.
