Biotiful Dairy launches new Kefir Quark with Fruit Compote range

Biotiful Dairy (www.biotifuldairy.com), the UK’s number one kefir brand[, has launched Kefir Quark with Compote in three indulgent variants – Kefir Quark with Strawberry & Rhubarb Compote, Kefir Quark with Raspberry Compote and Kefir Quark with Black Cherry Compote into Sainsbury’s and Whole Foods Market(160g, RRP £1.50).

The brand also unveiled its new evolved packaging alongside the launch of the NPD, which has been designed to highlight its great taste, bring to life kefir’s origins in the Caucasus mountains and hero the multiple benefits of Kefir and Kefir Quark.

The innovative NPD combines Kefir and Quark cultures to create a highly nutritious dairy snack togetherwith a fruity indulgenttwist to offer an upgraded dairy experience to a mainstream audience.

The Kefir Quark with Compote range is designed to help consumers upgrade from sugar-laden yoghurt to a more functional, all-natural fruit compote with no added sugar. With a thick, creamy texture similar to yoghurt it is richer in live cultures (Biotiful Kefir Quark has over 40 strains of gut-friendly beneficial bacteria whereas conventional yoghurt only has a couple) and higher in protein (17g), the gut-friendly Kefir Quark with Compote range is just 116 calories per pot.
