Selected by the independent retailer, and new for 2016, are two innovative fudge flavours: Mince Pie, and Cranberry and Orange. Inspired by classic tastes of Christmas, each is crammed with winter spices and fruits. Buttermilk’s Irish Cream Crumbly Fudge is also back by popular demand, having previously won Great Taste and Taste of the West awards.
All three products come in beautiful Christmas-themed 100g boxes, priced at £2.50 each. Managing director of Buttermilk Tracy McDonnell-Goad said: “The sharing boxes are perfect as a token to take to festive dinner parties, a warming treat to accompany mulled wine by the fire, or even as a little something to leave out for Father Christmas.”
Buttermilk’s delicious Christmas gift box is also available at Booths. The 18 piece selection box of traditional festive fudge flavours includes brandy butter, chocolate orange, and ginger. The 250g Christmas gift box retails at £9.99.
Tracy McDonnell-Goad said: “We’re pleased and excited that Booths are bringing a festive taste of Cornwall to their audience in the North. It’s great to be supplying a fellow family-owned and run business, now in its fifth generation.”
Sampling of Buttermilk’s Christmas range will take place at all Booths stores from Thursday 22 to Saturday 24 December.
