New Ploughman's Salad box

The Co-operative Food is launching a new Ploughman’s Salad box targeting the on-the-go market. 

The Co-operative Ploughman’s Salad features British Wiltshire cured ham, Cheddar cheese, a pork pie, salad, boiled egg, coleslaw and potted chutney. The ready-to-eat product is said to be a twist on a traditional British classic, and is ideal as a lunchtime meal or for a delicious picnic.

The Ploughman’s Salad 230g is available in selected Co-operative stores priced at £2.50.

For a hearty lunch, the Ploughman’s Salad can also be bought as part of The Co-operative’s Food to Go Meal Deal.

The Meal Deal includes stickered sandwiches, salads and slices, plus snacks such as potted fruit, yogurt, crisps or chocolate and a selected drink including water, fruit juice or soft drinks for £3.00 or less, saving up to £2.44.
