Coast adds quick refund returns option via Doddle sites

Women’s fashion retailer, Coast, has partnered with Doddle to offer customers free returns at more than 50 Doddle locations nationwide.

Customers opting to return via Doddle will have their refund processed within three business days. Offering customers a fast-track option to other drop off points which are currently processed within seven or 18 working days.

Doddle has a growing network of stores in train stations, universities and shopping centres around the UK that are open early until late, with many open seven days a week. Coast customers in London can also take advantage of the Doddle Runner service which will come to them to collect their Coast returns, for just £1.

Tim Robinson, Doddle CEO said: “We’re delighted to be working with such a well-known British label as Coast to offer its customers a convenient and fast way to return online shopping.

“Quick and easy returns policies are critical to winning over online consumers, but it can be a challenge to optimise this process. Doddle is able to support retailers by making the returns process even quicker, for the benefit of the end consumer.”
