Online artisan Italian shoe retailer, Fabi Boutique, has reported a 150% sales increase in the second half of 2019 after switching to the Kooomo e-commerce platform. Fabi Boutique is an online retailer of artisan Italian shoes. The business was established in 1965 and later transitioned to a digital store.  

The brief
