As part of its long-term strategy to grow its company-owned portfolio alongside the continued expansion of its dealer network, JET Retail UK Limited – a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Phillips 66 Limited – has acquired Millpool Service Station from independent operator, UK Forecourts Limited, owned by Kris Navaratnam.
The acquisition of the ESSO branded site was completed on 31st January 2020 and brings JET’s company-owned portfolio to 10 sites. Millpool Service Station is located on the A435, to the South of Birmingham, and will be rebranded with the latest JET forecourt image over the coming weeks.
