Maginus, the enterprise e-commerce solutions provider, is pleased to announce that it has been awarded a significant contract with fashion brand, Joe Browns. The Manchester-based company will help the retailer to further scale its online business, enhance its customer experience and help it expand internationally by building a brand new online platform using Magento 2 e-commerce technology.

In a rapidly changing e-commerce environment, customers expect speed, convenience, and personalisation at all times. By implementing Magento 2, Maginus will enable Joe Browns to react quickly to its customer needs and deliver a unified user experience from purchase through to delivery. Maginus will seamlessly integrate the e-commerce platform with Joe Browns’ back office systems so that the brand has full control across its website, logistics and operations and call centre. This will ensure that customer communications and information, and product and inventory information can be updated in real-time and any online product changes can be implemented immediately.

“We are thrilled to be working with Joe Browns and feel privileged to have been chosen as its Magento partner, especially at such an important time in the company’s growth and development,” said Simon Weeks, CEO at Maginus. “We are excited about getting the Magento 2 platform live over the next few months and helping Joe Browns in its next chapter of retail success.”

Joe Browns conducts the majority of its sales online, however due to significant business growth has recently made its first step into physical retail with a store in Sheffield’s Meadowhall. Of utmost importance to the leadership team at Joe Browns is that customers can come in store and continue to truly experience the brand and receive a personal and human touch. As its Magento Partner, Maginus will play a key role in ensuring that customer service and delivering a seamless approach remains the retailer’s core priority.

Darren Abbott, financial director at Joe Browns, commented: “We are looking forward to continuing our ‘remarkable’ e-commerce journey with Maginus and are confident that this partnership will bring our customers a more seamless and fulfilling experience when shopping with us, online and in store. The Maginus team has a huge amount of knowledge and is committed to helping us deliver the best possible outcome and experience for both our customers and our business needs, now and in the future.”
