Award winning entrepreneur and cookery author, Olivia Wollenberg, and her brainchild Livia’s Kitchen continues to expand its 100% natural and vegan food on-the-go range with the launch of an exciting brand-new product, Salted Peanut Butter Raw Millionaire Bites.
Launching in Boots’ meal deal from the 29 September and available in Whole Foods, Planet Organic and Selfridges in October, the new product will roll out to the free-from fixture in Tesco from the 10th November. Indulgently delicious, the Salted Peanut Butter Raw Millionaire Bites, with an RSP of £1.50 (per 60g pack), are gluten and dairy free and are crafted from an all-natural vegan friendly recipe.
Each grab-and-go pack offers three individual bites that feature a crumbly oat base covered with a gooey peanut butter caramel which is topped with velvety, rich raw dark chocolate. The packaging is fully recyclable and will be available in a sharing format from early 2019.
The new flavour is an extension of the brand’s most iconic product line, Raw Millionaire Bites, a naturally indulgent twist on the classic millionaire shortbread. Since the range launched in 2016, Livia’s Kitchen millionaires have been listed in major UK retailers including Tesco, Sainsbury’s, Boots, WHSmith, Wholefoods and Planet Organic.
The launch comes during a period of rapid growth for the business, with Livia’s Kitchen experiencing 153% year-on-year growth and distribution of products increasing by over 7000% in the last year, expanding availability from 30 stores to currently over 2000 stores UK-wide. To capitalise on this rapid growth and increased demand, the company is in the process of recruiting for five senior roles, with two appointments made, who will bring a wealth of industry experience and expertise to the company, helping to maintain sustainable growth going forward.
