Launched on 30 October 2019, the UK’s second largest supermarket chain, Sainsbury’s, will stock leading direct- to-consumer men’s care brand Harry’s as part of Sainsbury’s Future Brand Initiative, an incubator programme for new and distinctive brands. Harry’s will be featured in select stores, designed to bring its customers the best beauty offering of the high street, in a convenient supermarket setting.

Harry’s award-winning products will be available in over 400 Sainsbury’s supermarkets nationwide and online, minus the high prices that can, historically, make buying a razor a negative customer experience.

Harry’s was founded to deliver an exceptional grooming experience, putting customers first and believing that purchasing grooming products should be simple and enjoyable. Partnering with Sainsbury’s allows Harry’s to further its mission, reaching as many guys as possible where they want to shop, in addition to the ten million guys who have tried the brand already. With their focus on ideal grocery launch partner.

Matt Hiscock, Harry’s UK general manager, says: “We are thrilled to announce our partnership with leading UK supermarket, Sainsbury’s. Since we launched in the UK, we’ve got to know exactly how and where our customers like to shop and are focusing our efforts on reaching as many men as possible, whether that’s online or in stores, as they love to buy our products in retail too. Sainsbury’s new focus on disruptive brands makes them the perfect partner for us, as we’re both committed to bringing quality items at great prices to lots of people and are excited for what’s to come.”

Rachel Eyre, head of Future Brands, said: “We’re really excited to partner with Harry’s and bring them into our Future Brands programme, we’ve seen how Harry’s has disrupted the male grooming market, and so we are delighted to now be able to offer Harry’s to Sainsbury’s customers. With a range of brands designed to suit different needs, and an enhanced shopping experience, Sainsbury’s continues to build a compelling and convenient beauty destination.”
