A new jobs’ web site is being launched in the UK with a mandate to slash recruitment costs.

For employers and recruitment agencies, there will no longer be a need to spend £500 or more advertising each of their vacancies, every single job that they advertise will now be free, it says. Employers will also have a free advanced CV search to headhunt the perfect employee.
