Shaftesbury has today announced that New York designer fragrance brand, Le Labo, will be opening its West End flagship at 48 Monmouth Street, Seven Dials. The 610sq ft boutique, due to open in May, will be split over two levels, ground floor and basement.
The store will showcase the complete range of handcrafted Le Labo products including fine fragrances, homeware products and accessories. The Monmouth Street store is the brands third location in London and only thirteenth globally, joining New York, San Francisco, LA, Paris, Tokyo and Hong Kong.
This news follows works starting on a prominent 13,600sq ft mixed-use redevelopment of 71 Monmouth Street, due to be complete Spring 2016. It features two flagship retail units totaling 3,700sq ft in addition to grade A office space split over three floors, together with four flats.
