Independent online furniture retailer, Furniture Choice, has launched its brand new website, creating a better online experience for its customers.
As well as being cleaner and easier to navigate, the new website has seen the addition of a press centre, allowing unlimited access to high quality, lifestyle imagery and content showcasing the brand’s products and latest interior trends.
Journalists can now browse by season or theme, to find a range of interior products hand-picked by Furniture Choice’s interior stylists. As well as high-res lifestyle imagery, cut-outs, and close-ups suitable for print and online publications, each collection is accompanied by interior advice from Furniture Choice’s Interior Style Advisor, Rebecca Snowden. All of the images from the galleries and accompanying press releases and media office details are available in downloadable press packs.
There is also a dedicated section of curated galleries, showcasing the latest interior trends. Here, users can shop by specific trend, offering customers exciting and innovative ideas for the home.
The newly updated site also boasts a new ‘advice and inspiration’ section where users will find a growing library of interior ideas and support, from new colour reports to style guides.
The refreshed website not only demonstrates Furniture Choice’s commitment to keeping up with the latest trends in the furniture industry, but also how the company continues to match industry standards within the field of e-commerce.
Based on a foundation of customer feedback and user testing, Furniture Choice improved its site with simpler navigation, upgraded search and filters as well as enhanced product pages. These new updates mean the website is now tailored for performance on all devices, including mobile, so customers can buy big-ticket purchases from their phone.
Amthal Karim, UK marketing manager at Furniture Choice, said: “We are really excited about the launch of the press centre, which is part of an overall redesign of the Furniture Choice website.
“The new site has a clean design and improved functionality, allowing our customers to easily navigate through our product offering. We believe this new site will create a better user experience, while the press centre will give journalists and publications instant access to our range of images.”
The latest theme to be released on the press centre is ‘dark nordic’, an AW17 trend mixing dark, wintery tones with minimalist Nordic silhouettes and furnishings. For more information regarding this trend, visit the press centre at www.furniturechoice.co.uk/
