Talented teens are set to be rewarded throughout 2014 by soft drink brand SUSO, with the launch of a brand new sponsorship campaign that aims to help young people achieve greatness.

The fizzy fruit-based drink is encouraging 13–18 year olds to showcase their skills with the opportunity to win an exclusive sponsorship package worth over £500, designed to help teens develop their talents.

Aspiring sports stars, scientists, singers and sculptors are among the many ambitious young achievers the campaign sets out to celebrate and nurture, rewarding exceptional ability across a variety of categories with the package that includes a £500 bursary in addition to branded goodies.

Calling for nominations across sport, urban sport,  technology, science, music, art, drama, dance, writing and photography categories, SUSO is inviting teenagers to enter the competition via the SUSO Facebook page. Each entrant will be asked to explain, through a personal video, why they should win, in addition to outlining how the sponsorship will help them to further their skills.

The video entries will be shortlisted by public vote, with the five top entries going forward for judging by a select panel. Part of the brand’s successful Taste Greatness campaign, which aims to inspire, support and enable young people, packages will be awarded every two months throughout the year.

SUSO brand manager, Ally Whitehead, said: “It’s important that young people are encouraged to share and be proud of their talents, whether that’s academic success, sports achievements or excelling at a hobby. We’re delighted to be launching the Taste Greatness competition today, helping teenagers to achieve greatness and develop their area of expertise.
