Asda
Nine Asda brands feature in the retailer’s top 20 online basket, up one on last time. The supermarket’s Little Angels own label makes its debut with three products in the top 20 including a top one ranking for Asda Little Angels Cotton Soft Fragrance Free Baby Wipes (64). Palmolive and Johnson’s are the most popular brands with two products featured apiece.


Boots
Boots’ top 20 online basket is entirely composed of branded products this week. Alberto VO5 hair care products feature three times in the top 20; while Strepsils Orange with Vitamin C Lozenges 100mg (36) win a ranking as an early winter remedy. Again the basket features more premium lines including Bio Oil Specialist Skincare (200ml) at £19.99, Clarins Eye Contour Balm (20ml) at £28.00 and Promedial Cleansing Milk (100ml) at £20.49.


Ocado
Baby products dominate Ocado’s online health and beauty basket with seven products featured in total and six of the seven top 10. Plum Baby gets two of the seven entries with Plum Baby Organic Apple & Blackcurrant Puree 4mth+ (100g) and Plum Baby Organic Creamy Fromage Frais Fruit Assortment 4mth+ (6x55g).
Outside of baby products, Kleenex is the most popular brand with Ocado shoppers this week with three cleansing products in the basket.


Sainsbury’s
Five Sainsbury’s own labels feature in its top 20 online health and beauty basket this week, up from four last time. Six of the total number of products are in the baby and infant care market including Organix Finger Foods Organic Apple Rice Cakes 7mth+ (50g), which are down 25% to 89p this time; and Pampers New Baby Size 1 Newborn 2-5kg (50), down 34% to £3.99.
Radox and Aquafresh feature two products apiece in the basket.


Superdrug
Half of the items in Superdrug’s top 20 online basket are half price or more this week. They include three L’Oréal products : L’Oréal Paris Elvive Triple Resist Reinforcing Conditioner (400ml), L’Oréal Elvive Triple Resist Reinforcing Shampoo (400ml) and L’Oréal Elvive Colour Protect UV Filter Conditioner (400ml). Superdrug’s basket also features the highest price line out of all of its rivals with XLs Medical Fat Binder Tablets – 1 Month Supply (180), retailing at £51.99 this week.


Tesco
Tesco’s own brand features five times this week, up from two last time. Three lines are 50% cheaper than before and win a top 20 ranking: Palmolive for Men 2in1 Body & Hair Shower Shampoo – Sport (250ml), Radox Shower Gel Brazilian Fusion (250ml) and Simple Pure Soap for Sensitive Skin (4x125g).


Waitrose
A quarter of the products in Waitrose’s top 20 online health & beauty basket are baby care lines. Its Essential Waitrose brand, so popular in grocery, makes just one appearance here with Essential Waitrose Small Pure Cotton Pads (100), however.
