Hermes Investment Management, the £23bn manager focused on delivering superior, sustainable, risk adjusted returns to its clients – responsibly, has announced that Kiehl’s, the US cosmetics brand, is to open a 1,000sq ft store at Centre:mk.

Opening in early May, the Centre:mk store is the brand’s first standalone boutique in the region.  Situated in the centre’s premium Sunset Walk area, Kiehl’s is adjacent to House of Fraser, Kurt Geiger, Phase Eight and Cath Kidston, and will stock its complete range of natural skin care, hair care products and cosmetics. The brand has taken the former Pandora unit, with the latter upsizing earlier this year to a 1,600 sq ft store, also in Sunset Walk.

Commenting on the news, Ed Sellick, asset manager at Hermes Investment Management, said: “Kiehl’s adds to our growing collection of premium brands in Sunset Walk, which also includes Hobbs, The White Company and Joules, all of whom really set Centre:mk apart in the catchment.

“Kiehl’s further strengthens our line-up and reinforces Centre:mk’s appeal as a must-have destination for any aspirational brand looking to launch in the region.”
