Vape Superstore appoints DotLabel to optimise website for its international customer base

Leading online shop Vape Superstore have hired award-winning UX & digital agency DotLabel to revamp its website, to allow the brand to reach its business goals and offer optimal customer experience.

The one-stop shop for UK’s biggest range of e-cigarettes, e-liquids, vape kits, and vaping equipment aims to position itself as the ‘go to’ online platform for people’s vaping needs; by offering more engaging content and developing deeper connections with their customers. To this effect, DotLabel will be using UX techniques to optimise customer journeys and integrate these with the offline user experience for an overall frictionless interaction. The agency will also be applying Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) and personalisation techniques to drive sales and customer engagement.
