Global fashion retailer New Look has appointed digital transformation agency TH_NK to lead consultancy work which will determine the future impact of digital on its business.
TH_NK, whose clients include Atom Bank, Vue and Shop Direct, will guide the New Look board through Future Framing – the agency’s methodology for identifying the key transitions that will shape a business’s future context. TH_NK will work closely with New Look to shape a vision based on the trends and innovations in technology, retail and ecommerce that will impact its business and the fashion industry as a whole over the next five years. As well as laying the foundations for a future-facing strategy.

TH_NK were appointed as part of a competitive pitch process handled by New Look; the partnership takes immediate effect.
