CBRE appoints Paddy McCormack as a director at Central London retail agency team

CBRE, the world’s leading global real estate advisor, has appointed Paddy McCormack as a director within its Central London retail agency team.

McCormack  joins CBRE from Inditex, where he managed Massimo Dutti’s existing portfolio of stores in London and their expansion into the regions. Prior to this, Paddy worked with Dixons Retail and Bestseller managing their UK and Ireland property portfolios.

Paddy said: “I’m thrilled to be joining this talented team and by drawing on my own knowledge and experience, I hope to help ourclients maximise the opportunities that exist within the dynamic retail sector.”

Having spent most of his career at retailers, Paddy offers invaluable insight in to how retailers’ make their property portfolios work as hard and smart as possible.”

McCormack  qualified with a Master’s degree in Real Estate from the University of Reading in 2009.
