Supermarket Aldi has been crowned Supermarket of the Year for the seventh year running, as well as Best Family Brand for second consecutive year at the industry-renowned Loved By Parents Awards, beating competition from Lidl.
The Loved By Parents Awards continue to be one of the largest and most trusted parenting awards programme’s worldwide. Celebrating internationally recognised brands, start-ups and stand-alone products, each entry is tested by parents, and voted for by parents, which means the ultimate score of creditability.
The title of ‘Supermarket of the Year’ was awarded to Aldi for the seventh year running, alongside 17 other platinum awards – and Best New Product to Market – for the supermarket’s Mamia brand; a nappy product that provides the ultimate protection and comfort for your new baby.

Aldi’s latest success in the the Loved By Parents Awards comes after a string of wins in the Made for Mums Awards in March, with Aldi winning six Gold, four Silver and three Bronze awards across their Mamia range of nappies, wipes and baby food. Aldi was also crowned Parenting Brand of the Year for the first year, beating stiff competition from competitors.
