Argos set to launch new spring/summer 2015 range

Argos is launching its spring/summer 2015 range on Saturday 17 January, with thousands of new products available across toys, technology, homewares and furniture including top brands Lego, Dualit, Trespass, Bush and Philips. The full Argos range of over 52,000 products can be found on and on the Argos apps for IOS and Android devices.

Smart shoppers can pick from over 12,400 products which have had prices either lowered or frozen and take advantage of market-leading WOW deals, which includes a Hoover steamjet 2-in-1 steam mop with a saving of £60 at £39.99, a half-price TomTom for only £99.99 and a Sportspower 12ft trampoline with enclosure for just £139.99, a reduction of £160.00.

Customers are continuing to embrace the ease of online shopping, with internet sales now representing 49% of all Argos sales. Sales on smartphones and tablets account for 28% of total sales, as customers want the convenience of shopping on-the-go and being able to place free online reservations for instant pick up at their local store.

David Robinson, Argos’ chief operating officer, said: “The new range offers an increased selection of fantastic products and exclusive brands that customers can’t get anywhere else including Heart of House, Chad Valley and Bush. We also have more must-have products from top brands including KitchenAid, Lego and Tefal, all available in-stores and online.

“We know our customers continue to want the flexibility and convenience of shopping online and collecting orders from their local store. That’s why we now have more than 50 digital stores in the UK where customers can browse products using tablets or pre-pay online for Fast Track collection. Customers can also get fast access to our bigger store range of 20,000 products within hours at all of our 750 stores, even our smallest ones.”

For fitness fanatics there is a new launch from trendy tech brand Fitbit – the Charge. Once the lawn is done, relaxing can begin and Heart of House has some stunning new outdoor furniture from the Jasmin patio 4-seater set to a striking black Azara 6-seater wood-effect dining set compete with luxurious padded backrest and five reclining positions.

The unique range has detachable handles that attach and detach with just one click allowing versatility with optimal space saving. This season sees the launch of PlaySmart from Chad Valley, a fun and interactive collection of toys which help children aged 2-8 learn and play.
