Stephen Cronk, founder of Mirabeau, comments: “We are extremely excited to be partnering with Tesco to launch our trendy and accessible “Belle Année” by Mirabeau Rosé in the UK’s largest retailer. Having already won the best Rosé for it’s price category in last year’s Rosé Masters, this charming pale pink wine is the perfect addition to our already versatile and exciting range. Belle Année allows us to dream of the sun, bright blue skies and the better times ahead of us and I’m sure will be a success among Tesco customers”
Tesco’s wine buyer comments: “We are really excited to be launching Mirabeau Belle Année and Pure in Tesco. With the increasing growth in the category and demand from customers seeking high quality wines at great value, Mirabeau’s Belle Année Rosé with its beautiful packaging, dry-palate, pale pink hue and attractive taste profile will be sure to stand out from the crowd.”
Vin de France Belle Année is sourced from a wider geographical area than Mirabeau’s core range, although the rosé maker applies the same exacting blending standards it has gained wide acclaim for since its inception. The wine is a beautiful pale pink rosé with delectable strawberry aromas and an attractive taste profile full of summer berries with a refreshing finish. This dry, yet aromatic rosé is a joyful aperitif and a great partner to many savoury foods as well as fruity desserts.
