British heritage brand Belstaff is pleased to confirm it will re-open its Glasgow store from Monday, 29 June in line with the Scottish Government’s guidelines. Monday, 29 June in line with the Scottish government’s guidelines. This follows the reopening of the UK and German stores.
The stores reopen with the wellbeing and safety of the Belstaff community and colleagues as paramount. New policies and practises have been put in place to ensure a safe shopping environment. Belstaff stores will be deep cleaned before opening, and cleaned regularly throughout the day. Guest numbers will be managed by location to allow social distancing inside the store. Belstaff team members will be wearing facemasks and gloves.Complimentary facemasks will be provided to guests who request them. Hand sanitiser will be provided for use at entry and exit. The fitting rooms will be closed but can be opened on
request, and will be thoroughly cleaned after use. Clothing that has been tried on or returned will be quarantined for 72 hours.
The reopening sees the launch of a new appointment service, Belstaff will now offer out-of-hours appointments, allowing guests to shop when the store is otherwise closed. Customers can also book personal shopping appointments inside of opening hours, managed by store teams.
Belstaff will also offer a new online one-to-one service for those who prefer to stay home, with outfitting advice provided by video call. Appointments can be made directly via email. This service will also offer customers advice on how to care for their products to ensure longevity and durability. Belstaff also offers free home delivery and returns from stores; from Monday customers can once again collect online orders from stores.
