Tapping into the trend for in-store café offerings, pioneering brand Black Sheep Coffee is teaming up with fashion brand Urban Outfitters to launch a coffee bar in its Marble Arch store.
From Friday 6 June, coffee and fashion fanatics will be able to get their daily caffeine fix courtesy of Black Sheep’s espresso-based drinks, using its range of coffee Robusta Revival – the UK’s first 100% premium Robusta coffee.
Eirik Holth, co-founder of Black Sheep, said: “We are thrilled to be working with Urban Outfitters and serve our unorthodox coffee in their store. We like the young, cheeky, and rebellious style of UO, and we both want to challenge the status quo.
“Our branding: we like to live it, rather than explain it… Our coffee combines great aroma from ethically sourced beans with the added benefit of a less acidic and naturally more caffeinated product. This should be a welcome supplement for exhausted shoppers that need a pick-me-up on Oxford Street, where it is almost impossible to get good coffee.”
Italian espresso-machine maker Sanremo has equipped Black Sheep with the very coffee machine that was deployed during the UK Barista Championship earlier this year.
