CBRE, the global real estate advisor, has appointed leading retail leasing expert Will Bolton to head its Out of Town Retail Agency business in the UK.
Bolton joins CBRE from Review Partners the niche property company which he co-founded following two successful years at Altitude Real Estate LLP (now ARE Properties LLP).
Prior to that Bolton spent 16 years as a property consultant at retail consultancy firm Harvey Spack Field, where as a Partner, he specialised in advising institutional investors, private equity funds and developers on edge and out of town retail.
During his successful career, Bolton has worked on the development and leasing of some of the UK’s largest out of town retail centres including Fosse Shopping Park (Leicester), CastlePoint (Bournemouth), Fort Glasgow (Glasgow), Fort Kinnaird (Edinburgh), Greenwich Shopping Park (Charlton) and Westgate Retail & Leisure Park (Aldershot).
Bolton said: “I am hugely excited as my role presents the opportunity to drive forward the Agency business.”

Will graduated with honours in Urban Estate Surveying at Nottingham Trent University in 1991. He is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
