Practicology’s cross-border e-commerce and digital transformation expertise has been bolstered with the appointment of Bianca Mercer to its London team.
Mercer joins from fashion retailer Coast where she was head of e-commerce, and prior to this was in a group role as Head of International Ecommerce for Aurora Fashions. She has prior experience running the UK and Irish business for online dating site PARSHIP.
Mercer’s experience and knowledge will be of particular value to Practicology’s clients who are interested in developing their cross-border ecommerce propositions, and localising the experience for customers in different key markets. She will also assist with organisational design projects, having had extensive experience of building and redefining digital teams.
“We are delighted to welcome Bianca Mercer to the team, hot on the heels of the announcement we made in January about our recent joiners Hannah Downes and Antony Welfare,” said Practicology. “Practicology remains committed to hiring experienced retailers who understand our clients’ challenges, and can empathise with them, to help drive improvements in their businesses.”
