By taking part in Hitachi Solutions’ new Retail Pulse survey, in partnership with Microsoft and Retail Times, you can share your insights on the steps UK retailers are taking to cut customer irritation and improve authenticity. Your responses, which will be analysed by Retail Times, will be used to improve Hitachi Solutions’ services for retailers and you could win one of three FitBit Charge 2 giveaways, worth £139.99.
Last year, Hitachi Solutions launched a white paper series in partnership with Essential Retail, Microsoft and leading retailers: Cutting Customer Irritation & Maintaining Authenticity.
Now, the company is looking to understand more about what UK retailers are doing to improve the customer experience in 2017.
