Croatian forecourt retailer, INA, launches new digital loyalty programme

INA Group, the leading oil and gas company in Croatia with the largest modern retail network in the region, has launched INA LOYALTY, a novel digital customer loyalty scheme, offering discounts on fuel as well as rewards, benefits and special promotions. The programme includes INA’s new INA LOYALTY mobile app which allows loyal customers to simply and quickly collect points and receive additional benefits.

INA’s Customer Service and Retail business, which manages a regional network of more than 500 retail outlets in Croatia and neighbouring countries serving more than 234,000 customers every day and selling more than a billion litres of fuel annually, is committed to continuously develop its retail network through capital investments in retail outlets and improving the quality of services.

Announcing the launch, Vlatko Dujanić, Operating Director, Consumer Services & Retail at INA, pointed out that “the importance of using digital solutions is greater than ever before. Customers can join the new programme by downloading INA’s Loyalty app via their website or at the retail sites. The app is available for Android and iOS smart mobile devices, and each app user instantly earns points for participating in the programme and for every kuna spent on fuel and selected products and services at INA’s retail outlets.
