Delicious Alchemy adds two award-winning mueslis to free-from range

Gluten-free brand Delicious Alchemy have launched two new free-from mueslis to add to their expanding breakfast range – Red Apple, Date and Sultana and Berry with a Hint of Cinnamon.

Both mueslis contain No Added Sugars or GMO and are a high source of fibre. Made up of gluten-free oats, seeds and dates; with the addition of freeze-dried berries or red apple.

Suitable for vegans and a source of protein, the two new mueslis come in easy to transport, resealable pouches which are ideal for consumers who are looking for healthy, on-the-go breakfast options which fit with their dietary needs.

Both mueslis received glowing reviews from the judges at the 2019 FreeFrom Food Awards – with the Berry with a Hint of Cinnamon taking Gold and the Red Apple, Date and Sultana Muesli picking up a Silver award in the ‘Breakfasts’ category. Judges described the mueslis as “the best mueslis I have had in some time” and “a simple thing, done well, at a good place”.

Delicious Alchemy aim to make gluten-free options commonplace. The Red Apple, Date and Sultana Muesli is already listed in 70 ASDA supermarkets nationwide (RRP: £3.50). Both muesli varieties are available via Delicious Alchemy’s online store also at

Ian Bailey, head of commercial, comments: “This is a very exciting time for Delicious Alchemy. Following a distinctive re-brand at the start of 2019, the launch of our new mueslis taps into the growing trend for consumers who are needing free-from breakfast products which are easy to purchase, convenient to transport and overall, still tasty.

“Making the gluten-free world more delicious is what drives us. Everything we make is free from artificial flavours, colours, GM ingredients and, of course, gluten and dairy – producing products which are healthy and satisfying, yet don’t compromise on taste”.

Delicious Alchemy has a total of 35 employees and is based in its own factory premises in Sheffield where it boasts an award-winning product range, including mueslis, porridges and baking mixes.
