The eNova Partnership hires Gavin Williams from Harvey Nichols


The eNova Partnership, a leading multi-channel retail specialist, has announced the hire of Gavin Williams as managing consultant.

Williams joins eNova with over  15 years’ experience in e-commerce and digital marketing having worked at leading brands including Liberty, The Wine Society, McArthurGlen, Tesco, Dairy Crest, Penhaligon’s and L’Artisan Parfumeur.

Williams will work alongside co-founders Andy Morrey and Sophie Albizua. Morrey is claimed to be one of the most experienced multi-channel experts in the industry. Albizua is a former retail private equity investor who worked at both Goldman Sachs and Change Capital Partners.

Originally formed in 2010, the eNova Partnership said it has rapidly grown to become the ‘o-to boutique multi-channel consultancy providing advice to a range of blue chip retailers and branding clients in the UK and abroad including the likes of Poundland and Ann Summers. The consultancy acts as a multi-channel advisor and programme manager for a broad range of clients wishing to launch, optimise or transform their multi-channel offering. This includes e-commerce launches and re-launches, multi-channel transformation programmes, and digital leadership. .
