Feragaia set to sail the sober market with new Cask Partnership

, the authentic alcohol-free spirit, has signed a deal with Cask Liquid Marketing, the established drinks distribution and sales agency, to join its curated portfolio of premium drinks brands. Feragaia will be the first alcohol-free spirit that Cask is working with, filling a key gap in its portfolio as it tackles the expanding no- and low-alcohol market.

The newly announced partnership will see Feragaia work with Cask to accelerate its existing UK distribution and meet the opportunities for this fast growing category across the trade in its home market. Cask will be focusing on building on the solid brand foundations already in place, and opening up new routes to market across the UK (and Europe) through their network of decision makers in both the retail and the on-trade sectors.

The announcement comes after an exciting few months for the disruptive company that recently achieved B Corp accreditation, and secured an investment of over £1.5m in October, cementing the independent brand as one of the key players in the category.

Since its inception, distribution has grown to 400+ off and on trade outlets across the UK, including Harrods, Daylesford and Ocado, accompanied by strong DTC sales through its website, www.feragaia.com. Feragaia is internationally available in Canada and Australia with further markets due to launch later in 2022.

Feragaia’s co-founder, Jamie Wild says: “We are incredibly excited to be working with Cask and be the first alcohol-free spirit in their impressive portfolio. There is a lot in the pipeline for the year ahead and Cask are an essential element of our growth plans, by bringing first class industry experience and sales capacity to the team. My co-founder Bill Garnock and I have spent the past two years growing the Feragaia brand around our strong values of authenticity, community and the protection of earth’s wild places, and we’re incredibly excited to implement our next stage of development, here in the UK and overseas.”

Stuart Ekins, Co-founder at Cask, said: “We have been through a long and painful process to find the exact fit for our portfolio in this intriguing category, and with Feragaia we have found a brand that effortlessly delivers an alcohol-free spirit option to anyone interested in flavour and provenance. The liquid and its versatility allow credible access to all of the current threads of the alcohol-free occasion.”
