Five Guys has been crowned the UK’s most favourite restaurant chain for the third consecutive year.
The win, for the 85-strong restaurant chain, comes after a study of 2,100 British consumers conducted by customer experience management company Market Force Information found that Five Guys received the highest guest satisfaction rating in an impressive five out of eight categories. These include:
- Food Quality (55%)
- Staff Friendliness (49%)
- Overall Cleanliness (52%)
- Speed of Service
- Curb Appeal
In addition Five Guys came second in a further two categories reaffirming the 2016 and 2017’s strong brand position since opening in London in 2013.
John Eckbert, Five Guys CEO, said: “The Murrells committed to serving fresh, high quality ingredients over 30 years ago when they opened the first Five Guys. It’s great to see that these core convictions of a limited menu uncompromising on quality and great service in a spotlessly clean restaurant has connected so strongly and so quickly here in the UK.”
Five Guys, which counts Barack Obama, Ed Sheeran and Adele among its list of fans, has embarked on a rapid expansion in the UK and to date, has over 80 restaurants in the UK with a further roll out planned for the next 12 months.
