Frasers Group Plc will open its doors to FLANNELS Leicester, as the next-generation luxury retailer continues to disrupt the British retail landscape. FLANNELS aims to open a further 10 flagship stores over the next five years – a uniquely impressive success story, amidst a turbulent British High Street.
The FLANNELS Leicester store, located in Fosse Park, will sit across 35,000sq ft over three floors and will house both the business’ ever-growing roster of beauty and fashion brands, alongside food & beverage coming later this Autumn.

The presence of FLANNELS Beauty, first launched in Sheffield last month, in Leicester continues to signify the company’s major and long-term investment into the category and illustrates the business’ commitment to bringing world-class experiences to audiences across the UK. FLANNELS Beauty’s Beauty Changing Rooms: interactive, digitally-connected private spaces designed to test, trial and play – will be available in-store alongside the business’ second FLANNELS Beauty Bar, offering the latest ‘menu’ of trends, products and exclusive beauty collaborations.
Hero brands in the beauty space, CHANEL, Charlotte Tilbury, Creed, Tom Ford and Armani sit alongside independent, industry disruptors that have historically had limited regional presence – including, Skin Gym and Natasha Denona, as well as Dr Barbara Sturm, Tata Harper and Omorovicza. FLANNELS Beauty will also be the exclusive bricks-and-mortar stockist of Patrick Ta.
With over 50 stores now open across the UK, including a national flagship on London’s Oxford Street, FLANNELS has cemented its position at the forefront of fashion retail. FLANNELS continues to disrupt the great British High Street with the business’ new strategy, spearheaded by Group Head of Elevation Michael Murray seeing the opening of trail-blazing flagship stores alongside FLANNELS’ roll-out plans for its elevated ‘regional boutiques’. These flagships will be designed by luxury architects Argent, the team behind the business’ elevated boutique portfolio.
The store hosts an array of new innovative fixtures and finishes – the floors are linked by a three-story staircase with a backdrop of a 10-meter high mirror which allows for a fluid customer journey as they navigate all areas of the store.

The opening of the Leicester store continues the business’ elevation and expansion of FLANNELS’ fashion offering, as the retailer further strengthens its luxury offering and moves deeper into the contemporary category. The uniquely ambitious, progressive fashion edit disregards outdated notions of regional propositions, and brings upcoming names to the fore that are seldom found outside of the capital. The store brings some of the fashion world’s most coveted luxury labels to the city of Leicester, including Burberry, Balenciaga, Acne Studios and Alexander McQueen all alongside a new offering from Ganni, Sporty and Rich, Rixo and Isabel Marant Étoile. Adding to the store’s impressive brand portfolio are streetwear icons such as Off-White, Palm Angels and Scott Disick’s Talentless.
