Euro-Colombian soft drinks start-up brand JUNA has secured a listing with upmarket retailer, Harrods.
JUNA claims to be introducing UK consumers to a variety of new and natural fruit drink flavours from the South American Andes; Lulo, Guanábana and Mora.
According to the company, it is proving to be the new ‘must try’ drink in the UK beverage market, offering an exotic taste alongside intrinsic health benefits with high vitamin, protein and fibre content.
Flavours comprise Lulo, Guanábana and Mora, plus Mango. The fruit drinks are made from 100% natural nectar and do not contain any artificial flavours, colours or preservatives, said JUNA.
Co-founder Christian Kaufholz said: “We are thrilled to announce our listing with Harrods, the quintessential British retailer. We offer a totally unique taste experience appealing to the more cosmopolitan, health-conscious and adventurous UK consumer.”
JUNA is targeting both retail and food service sectors and its drinks are already listed at selected independent eateries and food stores in the capital.
On the food service side, December 2011 saw JUNA being sold at eight Birley’s Sandwiches locations across the city and Canary Wharf in London. In the same month, the brand also went on sale in Selfridges.
