We opened the doors to our first store in Bournemouth 25 years ago, and it’s great to see crafting and making has been embraced by our customers. More people than ever are crafting and we have been working hard to ensure our stores and online offering meet the growing requirements of our customers from the range, to inspiration as well as help and support.

“Our focus on offering in store workshops and expertise sessions across our seasonal crafts, kids making and core categories means our store are fast becoming social centres in their communities. Our brilliant in store colleagues do a fantastic job at welcoming new customers in to our stores and sharing their wisdom and knowledge, which then inspires them to adopt the crafting bug. We’re really excited to welcome more customers into our stores over the coming years.”
