Holland & Barrett awarded Superbrand status


Health shop Holland & Barrett was honoured with Superbrand status in an evening of celebration attended by leaders from the UK world of branding and advertising.

Nick Parker, international development director, was presented with the award at a glittering award party at the new boutique Londoners Hotel in London’s Leicester Square.

Superbrands status are awarded annually ranking the most trusted brands across many sectors and industries that have achieved the highest level of quality, reliability and distinction.

The list identifies the strongest consumer and business to business names and has provided a barometer of the UK’s best-loved names since 1995.

An average of 3,200 brands are scrutinised annually as potential Superbrands. They are voted on by a nationally representative sample of 2,500 consumers and 2,500 British business professionals with purchasing or managerial responsibility before the results are ratified and scored for comparison by leading experts on the Superbrands B2B and B2C Councils. Unlike many industry awards, brands do not pay or apply to be considered.
