Honestly Healthy’s range of salads featuring foods with energy-boosting nutrients and alkalizing ingredients are going on sale in Sourced Market at St Pancras International, London.
The brainchild of organic chef Natasha Corrett and nutritional therapist Vicki Edgson, the range is designed to help balance the typically acidic Western diet.
Edgson said: “We are really excited to introduce our range to Sourced Market. We have a very unique offering and our products provide the antidote to the glut of so-called health foods on sale today that are actually anything but. We sell foods that nourish the body without placing the digestive system under any strain, and they also taste fabulous.”
Honestly Healthy’s Chilled Salads include Get Up and Go!, cumin roasted squash, quinoa, feta and garlic kale; Perfect Protein, a high protein chickpea & quinoa burger, with buckwheat noodles and iron-rich greens; and Power Box, a salad made with pearl barley, turmeric and agave-coated tofu with red pepper, ginger and lemon juice combined with fennel and spinach to provide an antioxidant boost.
Honestly Healthy’s foods are supplied fresh from its kitchen every day.
Organic ingredients are used where it matters and all fresh produce is sourced from within the UK.
Corrett said: “With one of our dishes on your plate you can be sure you are eating food as nature intended, while supporting local farmers and safeguarding the fertility of our land.”
Honestly Healthy natural Rise and Shine Muesli, with no added sugars or sweeteners, will also be available to buy at Sourced Market.
