Beaverbrooks, the UK’s award winning retail jeweller, has selected Microsoft NAV from K3 Retail to develop the multi-channel jewellery business, improving the customer service across channels and supporting their roadmap for growth.

The new system will replace legacy financial and merchandise systems, allowing the retailer to modernise and integrate with their current in-house developed EPOS system and their recently updated e-commerce platform, providing a comprehensive set of functionality including, better visibility of stock and faster fulfilment of the website and 65 stores.

Patrick Walk, head of IT at Beaverbrooks, said: “We were looking to replace our old legacy systems and needed a more up to date, modern solution that gave us a single view of our stock, better reporting functionality and assistance in becoming the multichannel retailer we strive to be.

Their solution compliments our in-house system and is the best fit for us. Its early days, but we have been very impressed by what we have seen so far.”
