K3 Retail aids omni-channel expansion with Microsoft Dynamics AX



K3 Retail, part of the K3 Business Technology Group, is winning business with its AX|is Fashion solution with top fashion brands.

Built on Microsoft Dynamics, the solution is flexible and scalable and designed to meet the rigours of the fashion and apparel industry.

Speaking at RBTE, Tony Bryant, business development director, said K3 Retail had enjoyed a successful 2013 and more fashion brands were in the pipeline as customers in 2014.

The AX|is Fashion solution is also designed to benefit a retailer’s international expansion plans and includes multi-lingual tools.

The company has also announced that the Garden Centre Group, operating 139 garden centres across England and Wales, has selected K3 Retail to supply Microsoft Dynamics AX to support its roadmap for growth in becoming a true omnichannel retailer.

Microsoft Dynamics AX will replace existing legacy financial and merchandise systems, including back-office and buying, allowing the retailer to modernise its approach and improve the customer offering. The platform also has the scalability to support expansion.

The Garden Centre Group, formerly Wyevale Garden Centres, is a chain of 139 garden centres in the UK with a turnover of £260m. The Group encompasses Blooms, Country Gardens, Bridgemere, Heighley Gate, Jack’s Patch, Old Barn, Sanders, Woodlands and Wyevale.
