Launch of the Inspired Awards

Research shows that a happy, motivated retail workforce is linked to satisfied and loyal customers – which leads to business success. The achievements of this workforce and their business success will be celebrated at a brand new event – the Inspired Awards. The Awards, taking place at Madame Tussaud’s in London on 16 May 2019, will reward businesses that look for new and innovative ways to engage customers.

The prestigious ceremony will consist of twelve categories, which will be judged by a panel of industry leading experts, while a separate Customer Service champion category will be voted for by the public.

The coveted Customer Service Award, as voted by the public, will provide an opportunity for consumers to recognise staff who make them feel special. High criteria for eligibility is set, with customer feedback and mystery shoppers critiquing personal service, attention to detail and product knowledge.
