TF Mega Discount Warehouses has announced the start of its Employee Assistance Programme (EASE), as it commits further to supporting all JTF employees through lockdown and beyond.
The programme, which is provided by award-winning insurer Westfield Health, guarantees employees’ immediate access to professional advice on a range of issues, including stress, depression, financial wellbeing, medical concerns and bereavement. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is accessible by phone and online.
