The programme, which is provided by award-winning insurer Westfield Health, guarantees employees’ immediate access to professional advice on a range of issues, including stress, depression, financial wellbeing, medical concerns and bereavement. The service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and is accessible by phone and online.

JTF has been providing customers with exceptional value and ensuring that they get the best possible price on everyday products for over 40 years. JTF is home to a huge range of products, from kitchen cupboard essentials at everyday low prices to mega deals on a wide range of garden & outdoor living, garden care and plants.

As an essential retailer, JTF has remained open throughout the course of the pandemic, responding with agility to the demands of the current situation to ensure safe and secure shopping experiences for its customers through contactless delivery services and strict adherence to social distancing guidelines in store. JTF has also furthered its commitment to job growth, recently announced ambitious plans which will see the retailer look to open several new stores, creating up to 1,400 jobs over the next five years.

Mike Hinchcliffe, chief operating officer at JTF, said: “We’re really pleased to have partnered with Westfield Health to offer all of our employees access to the EASE programme. Our people are the beating heart of our business, and their wellbeing is of the utmost importance to JTF.

“We’re living through challenging times, and our commitment to the welfare of everybody in the JTF family will be enhanced by the introduction of the programme, which we encourage any JTF employee to use should they need it and will be a permanent feature of the company’s offering well beyond the pandemic.”
