Axonify, the modern training and communication solution for frontline retail associates, has announced the latest speaker line-up for its annual conference, AxoniCom LIVE, which sees current and former executives from Foot Locker, Disney, Accor Hotels and Walmart discuss the future of the retail workforce.
The two-day digital event, which is dedicated to empowering the frontline, will provide retailers and brands with the insights and strategies needed to build and retain a resilient, agile and engaged workforce. Recognising the disruption and rapidly changing nature of the current trading environment, which has been accelerated by covid-19, the event brings together frontline-forward organisations committed to supporting and empowering their retail staff.
Toronto Raptors’ Head Coach, Nick Nurse, who was recently named NBA Coach of the Year 2019-20, will also be interviewed by AxoniCom LIVE MC Shawn Kanungo, where he’ll discuss how to deliver game-changing results by empowering frontline teams. Ginger Hardage, former SVP of Culture and Communications at Southwest Airlines, also joins the keynote line-up. Closing the first day Michael C. Bush, CEO of Great Place to Work™ and former member of President Obama’s White House Business Council, shares his thoughts and insider takes on driving the frontline forwards.
