The Institute of Customer Service has announced representatives from leading retailers will present at its annual conference.
The event, focusing on ‘Customer Service: Strategies for the new global economy’, will take place at the Lancaster London Hotel on 25 February 2014.
Exploring how organisations need to change and adapt to succeed in a complex, diverse and an increasingly challenging environment, each speaker will discuss different elements of customer service and how service can be tailored to help the UK economy develop and grow through excellent service.
Ryman Stationery’s Kypros Kyprianou, Paul Loft from Homebase and Mothercare CEO Simon Calver will join compere Krishnan Guru-Murthy and a collection of other speakers including: John Cridland, director-general CBI; Chris Popple, managing director, digital, Royal Bank of Scotland; Bernard Jenkin MP, chairman of the Public and Administration Select Committee; Fran Millar, head of business operations, Team Sky.
As a gathering of over 200 business leaders, those in attendance have the opportunity to learn from customer service leaders, gaining strategic insight and practical advice and case studies, as well as cross sector networking opportunities.
