Loyalty Start-up Swapi partners with Eagle Eye to build brand marketplace

Start-up loyalty app Swapi has today (8 April) announced a major new partnership with the leading SaaS-based provider enabling one-to-one performance marketing, Eagle Eye Solutions, as it counts down to launch this autumn. 

Swapi has been developed to change the game in loyalty, offering shoppers a new type of ‘digital wallet’ that lets them swap loyalty points between brands – for the first time without the need to buy and sell loyalty currencies.

Eagle Eye’s AIR platform will integrate with Swapi’s custom-built technology to connect the app to their extensive network of brands to grow the Swapi market place. Eagle Eye will also support the app’s ‘swap’ capability, facilitating consumer offers, promotions and products. 

Research reveals that there are £6 billion worth of unspent loyalty points in the UK – a figure that climbs to $360 billion globally – with the average UK adult holding £47 worth of unspent rewards across multiple cards. 

Swapi has been created by some of the loyalty sector’s leading operators to address this. It will solve the problem of consumer inertia with an easy, frictionless solution that consolidates a consumer’s cards and points in one app. It then hands them power to swap the rewards they don’t want into points with brands they do want to shop with.
