“Quality retail could always be further enhanced by up-to-date smart tech, with a fixation on B2C attention to detail,” said Wu, the LVMH Group president for Greater China, said in his bid to the future of retail and tech.
“Mr. Andrew Wu’s charisma and experience are truly inspiring. I’m proud to continue learning from his leadership in retail to ensure Cosmose AI continues to exceed the expectations of innovative luxury retailers,” said Miron Mironiuk, CEO of Cosmose.
In 2019, investment in in-store tech surged 60% to a whopping $3.7 billion, according to CB Insights.

The AI company is now expanding its global reach with additional product offerings. Cosmose’s clients are some of the world’s most innovative companies including LVMH, Walmart, Estee Lauder, L’Oreal and Samsung. Cosmose was the finalist of the first LVMH Innovation Award in 2017.
