Ahead of Formula 1’s arrival at the world-renowned Silverstone track this summer, Majestic Wine is supporting the recently announced long-term global partnership between Chandon sparkling Argentinian wine and the McLaren Honda Formula 1 Team.

The highlight of the activity will offer consumers a once-in-a-lifetime chance to enjoy the spark of both F1 and Chandon, by getting up close and personal with a McLaren Honda Formula 1 car during four consecutive weekends from 11/12 June at selected Majestic Wine stores across the nation. The McLaren Honda racing car will be touring the country making its way to Twickenham (11/12 June), Wirral (18/19 June), York (25/26 June) and St John’s Wood (2/3 July).
Chandon is collaborating with the specialist wine retailer to mark the partnership with in-store activation across all 210 Majestic stores; offering sampling and a promotionfor the chance to win a Chandon experience at Silverstone, the home of British Motor racing, on 10 July 2016. To be in with a chance of winning the Chandon experience at Silverstone in July, all Majestic Wine customers need to do is look out for one of the life-size, cardboard models of world renowned Formula 1 racing drivers, Jenson Button and/or Fernando Alonso in store. Then it’s as simple as taking a selfie with either of the legendary sportsmen and uploading it to Instagram with the campaign hashtag, #enjoythespark and Chandon handle @chandonuk – quicker than you can say “pit stop”!
Alternatively, customers can enter online by buying two or more bottles of Chandon from the Majestic online store during the promotional period.
