Pioneer of the stationery industry, Maped Helix, is working with Poundland to create the first ever one-stop-shop across the UK from this July.
The back to school themed floor standing display units (FSDU), will be in 620 Poundland stores for 12 weeks over the back to school period and will feature Maped Helix’s pencil cases and a range of stationery. Customers can choose their pencil case and then fill it from a range of 10 items, just £1 each. The range will also include Helix handwriting pens and pencils which are exclusive to Poundland.
Gray Richmond, managing director at Maped Helix, said: “We’re thrilled to be working with Poundland and we think this is going to offer a great back to school stationery choice for customers.”
Emma Bailey, buyer at Poundland, added: “Poundland offers a complete back to school range with clothing and stationery under one roof. This is the first time we are launching a range of Maped Helix products including erasers, rulers, scissors and maths set, all offering amazing value for just £1”.
What’s more, both brands have teamed up with Merlin Annual Pass to give customers the chance to win one of four, four-person passes. To participate all they have to do is visit Maped Helix’s Facebook page and upload a photo of their purchase.
