Hermes Investment Management, the £28.5bn manager focused on delivering superior, sustainable, risk adjusted returns to its clients – responsibly, has announced that Molton Brown, London’s fragrance expert, has launched at centre:mk.
Molton Brown is situated in the heart of centre:mk’s new Premium Quarter at 9 Silbury Arcade. The 1,700sq ft store, located next to Jigsaw and Joules, showcases the extensive range of iconic and luxurious bath and body gifts, including male grooming and fragrances. The store was designed by an in-house team and reflects the exclusive products available.
Joining Molton Brown is popular British brand, Hawes and Curtis, which is upsizing to a new 1,800sq ft store on Silbury Arcade, close to the recently opened T2, and The White Company. The menswear and womenswear brand further adds to centre:mk’s premium offer in Sunset Walk.
The news follows the completion of the £10m refurbishment of centre:mk’s Sunset Walk to create thePremium Quarter, a contemporary environment for premium brands. Anchored by House of Fraser, Premium Quarter plays host to a range of fashion, lifestyle and accessory brands, such as Hobbs, Jigsaw, Joules, L’Occitane, Pandora and The White Company. They are complemented by a critical mass of dining brands, including Byron, Carluccio’s, Wagamama and Jamie’s Italian.

The investment in Sunset Walk to create the Premium Quarter is one of a number of initiatives planned or underway at centre:mk under Hermes Investment Management’s leadership. Others include a new multi-storey carpark adjacent to John Lewis, improved toilet facilities and the creation of a dedicated customer lounge.
